Dear All, lamanye tak menulis blog...bz dgn thesis (konon!)...Its summer now so we end up having a longggggg daytime..sunset around 8pm and sunrise around before 5am...adoiii..meanings the kids sleep late and wake up very2 early...Anyway, wanted to share with all of you my fav cake when we eat at "Chilis" Molten chocolate cake...however, since kat sini takde, kena la buat sendiri..have tested so many recipe for this one..and this one worked! Give it a go...Have fun!
Ingredients:
- (2-ounce) bitter-sweet chocolate
- (2-ounce) semisweet chocolate
- 150grams butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2.Grease 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave, or in a double boiler.
3.Add the flour and sugar to chocolate mixture.
4.Stir in the eggs and yolks until smooth.
5.Stir in the vanilla.
6.Divide the batter evenly among the custard cups.
7.Place in the oven and bake for 7-9 minutes. (depend on besar acuan, lagi kecil lagi cepat masak)
8.The edges should be firm but the center will be runny. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto dessert plates.
Tips:
1.always grease your cups/ramekins with butter first and then powdered it with coco powder..its always work!
2. Can always freeze it for future baked! How good is that?
